Artist Deb Ryan left behind a career as an accomplished banker and business woman. Her art career began with a burning
interest in portrait and figure painting and drawing. From formal drawing instruction in college to private painting instruction in
the style of John Singer Sargent, from instructors and painters in that style, Deb has developed a versatile and eclectic style of her own which
allows her to paint in traditional portrait style or a looser, tonal style that is captivating to the eye.
